Not really sure how much this is related to anxiety but willing to give this support group a try. Been trying to manage this by drinking specific teas before going to bed and taking baths with Dr. Teals sleep bath but it’s not helping much. Anyone have helpful advice?

May need to look into CBT-I if I continue to experience this particular issue.

Stop drinking so much tea and you might be able to sleep better

*irritated* what’s that supposed to mean? I only drink one mug before bed. Just one mug a day.

That’s a good tip, might try that myself to see if it helps.

Admit I didn’t think of that, usually have the mug while I’m already in bed around 9:30-10:00pm

If they’re caffeinated, the caffeine might keep you up. If you find them relaxing, maybe drink them earlier at night

Herbal teas, Yogi soothing bedtime caramel and honey lavender stress relief are the ones I drink before going to bed. Choose one of the two types.
