I Am good at being kind, and loving, and thoughtful. I am good at trying new things, being open. I am good at working hard, wanting to grow and evolve every day, caring how others feel. I am good at eating healthy, drinking water, doing exercises that support the changes I want to see. I am good at brushing my teeth and being on time. I am good at communicating In a way that is respectful and nice, while still saying what I need. I have a job, and I am grateful for it. I don't always love doing it, and part of being an adult is doing the best with the opportunities I have. I am good at working on always staying positive. I am good at respecting others. I am good at learning to love and respect Myself. I have a nice house to live In, and a job to pay the bills I need. I have health insurance. I have a mom who loves Me and coaches who care. I have a new job training coming up where I could get a job I love to meet really cool new people. I have a school I go to to learn new things, and will hopefully get to go on outings with people there too. I can volunteer somewhere I care about to make a difference and meet new people. Those are what come just off the top of my head. 🙂
