Those would be a good start, also do hobbies you particularly enjoy doing. Listen to music to try to lift your spirits.
-
I’ve used some of those strategies. I was asking what other people have field successful. Music is good. Kind of short term though
-
Talk about it to a family member or close friend. Don’t let yourself spiral, talking about it to someone you trust is a solution.
-
Try listening to the song Shake It Off by Taylor Swift, that might help.
-
Also try listening to the song Shooting Star by Owl City
-
Do you like Miley Cyrus? Party in the USA is upbeat if you’re interested.
-
How about Queens can’t stop me now or don’t stop believing by journey?
-
Whatever you feel like listening to that uplifts your mood.
-

I hope you’re doing okay, I’m a little worried why you haven’t responded…..
-
zr2d2, you’re stronger than you realize. You have friends on Special Bridge hoping you’re okay.
-
Yeah, just wondering what other people’s strategies are for changing their mood
-
Do you want to talk until he checks in on Special Bridge?
-
We can discuss other strategies for improving your mood if you’re interested.
