Feeling a little anxious about being in a packed car with nine year old niece, five year old nephew and large family dog. I have noise cancellation headphones, anyone have helpful hints or coping strategies?

My strategies for coping are stay calm, focus on the positive, don’t lose your cool, and finally think how lucky you are to be with your family in that moment.

Focusing on the destination might also help. Might try to find a way to listen to Spotify over headphones.
