When a member joins, Special Bridge donates 3% of their first paid membership to Best Buddies International, supporting friendship, inclusion, and opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Donations are made by Special Bridge and are not tax-deductible for individual members.
How it works
When someone becomes a paying member, we set aside 3% of their first payment. Once a month, we donate the total amount to our current partner organization.
Why we do it
Special Bridge exists to help people build real connections in a safe and supportive community. Giving back is one small way we can invest in inclusion beyond our platform.

We keep internal monthly records of first-time member payments and donation totals so the program stays consistent as we grow. If we ever change partners or the donation rate, we will update this page.
