Our commitment
Special Bridge is for adults 18+ and we are committed to protecting children. We maintain zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”).
Prohibited content and behavior
We prohibit and will take action against any content, account, or behavior involving:
- Any sexual content involving a minor (including images, videos, or text), or content that sexualizes or exploits a minor
- CSAM, attempted sharing of CSAM, or links to CSAM
- Grooming, luring, or attempting to meet a minor for sexual purposes
- Solicitation of sexual content from anyone who may be under 18
- Sex trafficking or exploitation facilitation involving minors
- Any discussion or encouragement of sexual activity with minors
Reporting
If you see content or behavior that may involve CSAE/CSAM, report it immediately:
Use the in-app “Report” feature (recommended), and/or
Email us at support@specialbridge.com with details (user profile link, screenshots, message timestamps)
Enforcement
Violations may result in:
- Immediate content removal
- Account suspension or permanent termination
- Device/account restrictions to prevent repeat abuse
- Preservation of relevant information for investigation
- Reporting to appropriate authorities when warranted or required by law
Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and may report suspected CSAE/CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
Underage accounts
Special Bridge is intended for adults 18+. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will take steps to restrict or terminate access and remove associated content as appropriate.
